ZGRT (pronounced 'Ziggurat') is the musical project from New York City based songwriter/producer Zachery Allan Starkey. A staple of Brooklyn’s underground electronic music and art scene for over half a decade, ZGRT combines electronic synthesis and aspects of techno and post-punk with emotional songwriting. The first ZGRT single, HARD POWER, was produced by Starkey in conjunction with acclaimed DFA Records colleague Gavin Russom, known for his work with LCD Soundsystem, Black Meteoric Star, and The Crystal Ark. Along with Russom and Lauren Flax (CREEP). ZGRT also had the pleasure of playing live with New Order at Radio City Music hall in 2016. we welcome them to STIMULATE!
